Aided by an enthusiastic young team, Peter produces a wide range of traditional and innovative dishes.

A taste of Wales Perl Wen Welsh Cheese & Carmarthen Ham

Perl Wen Welsh Cheese a creamy white-rinded cheese & homemade onion marmalade wrapped in Carmarthen Ham with rich plum sauce

Grilled Welsh Pantysgawn Goats Cheese

Lightly grilled Pantysgawn Goats cheese served on a bed of mixed leaves salad
served with crunchy croutons and finished with an orange and cranberry dressing

Avocado and Oak Smoked Salmon

Ripe Avocado with Organic oak smoked salmon
served on a bed of orange dressed salad and lemon mayo

Feta & Walnut salad

With cherry tomatoes chopped herbs finished with French dressing

Plaice rolled with Prawns and Spinach

Fresh Plaice stuffed with prawns and spinach cooked in a little white wine and butter
served with an herb and cream sauce

Venison in Red Wine

Fresh Brecon Venison in a red wine, port and cream sauce garnished with button mushrooms, baby onions and smoked bacon.

Celtic Pork Tenderloin

Locally Reared Tender pork flamed with brandy on a bed of caramelised onions
served with an apricot sauce finished with chopped coriander

Homemade Vegetable Gallette

Topped with roast peppers, mushrooms and onions served with a garlic and tomato sauce
